A page dedicated to list and strategies as to how we can end the pernicious cycle of school inspections that leave schools distracted, ennervated or depressed. Intended as an anti-Ofsted resource but open to world teachers who feel their inspection processes need adjustment to make them better.
- Use social bookmarking to bring resources to school under attack #ofstedin
- Phone Ofsted Friday and say you will be in to check their processes and paperwork on Monday
- Build wiki of successful strategies
- Start a You Tube Channel "ways to make inspection better" teachers leave short movies with advice
- Confer with other schools under attack and arrange to teach exactly the same lessons, arrange the classrooms in the same way, and maybe have a couple of members of staff who pop up in all the schools during the attack, to add to confusion.
