Know - Show - Grow A simple taxonomy for feedback

Just working with some teachers in Adelaide and wondering  if we could boil down Bloom and most learning models to know, show, grow and flow in terms of a model and as a structure for giving simple fast diagnostic feedback. Iv'e always worried that the upper levels of most models are too hard to understand.

It could be a cyclical process with the teacher able to acknowledge success in one category and take a target from somewhere in the other three. Any suggestions on more verbs of knowing for any of the categories or views / suggestions on the general idea as comments below please.

As in "well done on knowing peristalsis, how about showing in the hotseat on digestion next, or growing it in a report on nutrition?
